The right dose, right on time, without you having to remember.
PrimeDose is an automatic medication dispenser that dispenses the correct dose from nine compartments at the right time, sounds an alarm on the device when it's ready, and lets you know the moment a dose is taken or missed.
of older adults managing a chronic condition don't take their medication exactly as prescribed.
Missed doses are a leading driver of avoidable hospitalizations, and one of the hardest things for a family to track from a distance. Closing that gap is the entire reason PrimeDose exists.

Missed doses aren't a discipline problem. They're a design problem.
Most medication reminders stop at a notification on a phone a senior may not check. PrimeDose is built around the medication itself: a physical routine that's easy to follow, with a clear alarm and an on-device screen, plus a quiet signal to family or caregivers when something needs attention. It's not a smart speaker bolted onto a pill box. It's designed from the ground up around one job: getting the right dose to the right person at the right time.
One routine, followed automatically, three times a day, every day.
Nine compartments, filled ahead of time
Load up to nine doses into their own compartments and set the schedule. From there, PrimeDose dispenses each dose itself, automatically, at the time it's due. No one has to sort pills or remember what comes next.
The device dispenses, and sounds an alarm
When a dose is due, PrimeDose dispenses it and an alarm sounds right on the device, with the volume set for the person using it. The on-device screen shows exactly what was dispensed and when.
Family and caregivers are notified
Every dose is confirmed with a built-in two-factor check. If one is taken late or missed, everyone connected through the app, family members and caregivers alike, is notified, and it's logged to a compliance report automatically.
Confirmed doses, a clear record, and access only for the people you choose.
Every dose is checked with a two-factor verification process built into the device itself, so a dispensed dose isn't just assumed to be taken. The device connects over Wi-Fi, and every connection between it and the app is encrypted. You decide who can see a schedule or get an alert, a spouse, an adult child, a home health aide, and that access can be changed any time.
Two-factor dose verification
Each dose is confirmed twice by the device before it's marked as taken.
A compliance report, automatically
Every dose, on time or late, is logged for you to review.
You control who's invited
Add or remove caregiver access whenever your circle changes.
Not a pill box with an app. A medication routine, engineered.
Plenty of products remind someone to take a pill. Far fewer are built around what happens when that reminder is missed, ignored, or simply not enough, for a person living alone, or a family managing care from a distance. PrimeDose is designed to meet FDA Class I medical device standards, and to work quietly in the background of daily life rather than asking anyone to change their routine around it.
Refilled right at the device, by whoever's easiest.
If your loved one is able to, they can refill it themselves. If not, a family member or caregiver can just as easily. There's no separate system to learn, just the device itself.
